2017 is all about statement sleeves. All major fashion runways at New York, Paris, London, Milan would agree to it.How black t-shirt is staple in your wardrobe so are statement sleeves tops. Seeing all the varieties around me, I ordered my first ruffle sleeve top from SheIn and I am in love this top for:-
1. The sleeves are so different as compared to common statement sleeves
2. It is PINK.
